A franchisor who was dealing with multiple franchisees and who needed to conduct a business review on the franchise to make sure that it had a stable platform. We approached the franchisees offering to review and advise on how they were running their business by carrying out a work processes review and an employee performances review, which could have been a change they would need.

The Franchisee understood the operation, as in the transaction / product they were selling and the operations for same however, the biggest challenge for them was how to manage staff and the integration of efficient work practices and staff motivation to ensure bottom line performance
The biggest challenge for AAL was the ability for clients to see the change necessary.
The franchisee engaged with the new business practices and the workflow integration procedures which improved the visibility of how the business was functioning versus performing. It further demonstrates that the franchisee is determined to make this a profitable and sustainable business for themselves, all the while providing stability for the franchisor.
